"We checked in at about 7pm and were super tired. For the first time, the front desk lady was not friendly at all! I felt so unwanted or maybe I interrupted her show. We got breakfast at 7:15 but not much variety. The room appeared clean but there was a dead roach stuck on the window sheers. The checkout clerk was friendly. Parking was safe as usual."

"Fantastic stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Rockport-Fulton. The suite was a perfect for a single traveler with some extra bags or a family with 2 toddlers. The breakfast was on-point and looking forward to our next stay. Not only that, but the front desk staff were happy and actually seem like the like interacting with guests. I'm writing this review from Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rockport - Bay View by IHG which had availability this time. DO NOT stay here, outdated rooms, no smart TV's, EVERY, SINGLE ice machine on each floor is broken and I was told at check-in the pancake/waffle maker is broken. Management obviously sucks here and does not care about the upkeep. TLTR: Stay at Hampton Inn and Suites, DO NOT stay at crapy Holiday Inn Express & Suites."

"There was a piece of kids clothing hanging over the bathroom door and hair on the bathroom tub and floor, but beds were clean and wifi was iffy. The staff was nice though😅😅 OH and ants in the bathroom sink if I rinsed my kids cups out in it."
